Corner Battles:
- Nets in both corners with nets facing the boards
- 1v1 physical battle between players in each corner
- Players try to score while protecting the puck with their bodies
- Can increase to 2v2 as well
Cone Transitions 1v1:
- Two nets at the bottom of each circle
- Seperate foward and defence lines
- Both fowards and defense take off at the same time towards cones
- Defender transitions to backwards at closet cone as the foward turns around the furthest cone
- Fowards proceeds to try to score on their net as the defensemen defends
